Aegis wins Service Excellence award for seventh year

Aegis Industrial Software (Aegis) has been awarded the top honours for Service Excellence from UP Media Group for the seventh consecutive year.

Presented annually at APEX, the Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) are presented by Circuits Assembly magazine to companies that receive the highest customer service ratings as judged by their own customers. The award is derived from responses to in-depth online surveys where customers are asked to evaluate the participants' dependability, ease of use, responsiveness, technology, and overall value for the price. Aegis took the title in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain Management Software category with a service rating of 4.84 out of a possible 5, virtually eliminating the competition. The award has been presented a total of seven times and has been won by Aegis every year it has been offered.
