Parvalux USA has launched a new website designed to promote the company's ranges of AC and DC geared electric motors to a growing North American customer base. Parvalux.com will spearhead a higher-profiled approach to the US and Canadian markets for the British-based manufacturer ― which until now has focused efforts upon Europe.
Chris Lupton, Parvalux USA's British-born President, comments: "We first identified a market for our products in North America around ten years ago. since then we have gone from strength to strength. This year we have seen an impressive 15 per cent sales growth, and that is even without the coming impact of the new range of planetary and brushless units."
Lupton believes that much of the success of Parvalux USA has been his team's focus on customer relations, but he adds: "We feel the time is right to start communicating more with our customers and, of course, potential customers in the US and Canada. While we are still a small player here, we have got the foundations in place to enable continued growth in the market: sixty years of profitable success, an unrivalled range of incredibly reliable products, and a fast-turnaround prototyping service."
The new website features a Product Configurator, an e-newsletter and a collaborative RSS newsfeed where customers are invited to discuss their issues with the Parvalux team.
