Parvalux has established a new subsidiary in Poland to serve original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) from Central Eastern Europe. The economic growth in Poland and Central Eastern Europe for the past few years has driven a significant increase in industrial production output and the future outlook continues to be promising. By expanding into this market, Parvalux is recognising Polish manufacturing's increasing need for reliable, affordable, high-quality technologies that deliver a competitive edge in the international marketplace.
The new company is managed by Dominik Jezierski, a highly qualified manager with a very strong technical background ― including an MSc in mechatronics and an MBA from the Henley Management College. He has extensive experience in electric motor and gearbox technology and applications from working in the UK, China, Germany, the USA and Poland. In 2003–05 Jezierski led the first motion control team at Schneider Electric China (based in Shanghai), which is now said to account for the majority of Asia Pacific electric motors business growth. He also led a significant electric motors expansion programme within Schneider Electric US, taking revenues from $2.5M to $5.6M in two years.
The offering at Parvalux Polska Sp. z o.o., which is based in Warsaw, includes the recently launched ranges of planetary and DC brushless geared units in addition to Parvalux's existing ranges of permanent magnet, AC induction and AC/DC series units. Polish customers will also benefit from a fast-turnaround prototyping service and proven product reliability.
