Eriks is exhibiting at the 15th annual International Engineering Fair (Hall M4, Stand 3). The fair is being held at the Agrokomplex, Nitra, Slovakia between 20-23 May 2008.
The main focus for Eriks at the event will be the full range of Fenner Power Transmission products including its latest transmission product, the Fenner Plus range of chain and sprockets.
Fenner power transmission products are claimed to be world-renowned for delivering the ultimate combination of rugged construction, reliable and efficient performance and value for money. The re-engineered Fenner Plus range optimises the benefits of several features to deliver excellent performance in everyday applications and is distributed by Eriks.
The solid rollers, manufactured to achieve a high surface hardness, ensure high wear resistance. This feature guarantees performance of the chain in hostile environments as well as improving chain life.
The re-engineered Fenner sprockets are also distributed by Eriks. Fenner Plus sprockets are available with up to 40 teeth. They are manufactured from C45, a 0.45 per cent plain carbon steel that is suitable for through-hardening. The flame-hardened teeth, which are hardened to just below the tooth root, help improve the chain and sprocket life by up to 50 per cent depending on the application.
