Designed to bring engineers up to a competent level of expertise, this new course is targeted at automation engineers and machine vision specialists and also provides a good recapitulation for those who might have some previous experience but want to catch up on the latest developments - particularly 3D vision.

The training course is a good introduction to machine vision technology and techniques, as it covers everything from getting cameras connected to using the correct illumination system, to deciding on the best vision tool for the job.

Scorpion is an independent and open software application for industrial vision. It is an excellent choice for production engineers wanting to automate or secure quality. With the emphasis on creating advanced vision tools, users are free to make a choice on the type of camera to be used.
