The Fieldbus Foundation Roadshow takes place on 25 September 2008 at Wembley Stadium, London. This event is being organised by the UK Fieldbus Foundation Marketing Group and is an excellent opportunity to see the latest Foundation technology in action.
Visitors can see working systems from ABB, Emerson, Honeywell and Yokogawa. In addition, there will be devices form Beka, Endress+Hauser, Smar, Krohne, Invensys, Topworx and Vega Controls. Physical layer interfaces will be displayed by MTL, MooreHawke, Pepperl+Fuchs and Turck.
Topics to be covered include:
- Basic Foundation technology (including hazardous area options)
- Process Integrity and reliability - achieved through diagnostics and redundancy
- Business intelligence - demonstrates improved plant performance
- Open scalable integration - linking H1, HSE and other networks
- Practical system implementation - watch a segment being built!
This Roadshow will be therefore be a good chance to discuss existing and new Foundation fieldbus installations with a wide range of industry experts.
