National Instruments UK & Ireland is inviting engineers and scientists to attend the LabVIEW Roadshow for a full day of technical sessions and product demonstrations based on NI LabVIEW 8.6, the latest version of the graphical system design software platform for control, test and embedded system development. The Roadshow is free to attend and takes place in seven locations around the UK and Ireland.
LabVIEW 8.6 delivers new tools to help engineers and scientists take advantage of the benefits of multicore processors, field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) and wireless communication. Roadshow attendees will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn how to design and build powerful measurement and control applications using the award-winning graphical programming software.
During the hands-on session, attendees will implement a truly parallel multi-threaded application in LabVIEW 8.6 and take advantage of multicore supercomputing. Other topics include the concept of Graphical System Design with LabVIEW graphical programming, and how the latest bus technologies are used for data acquisition.
