Engineers and scientists are invited to the Measurements Roadshow, with National Instruments UK & Ireland and industry experts Honeywell and PCB Piezotronics. This free, half-day event, touring 16 locations, explores techniques for acquiring, analysing and presenting data using PC-based data acquisition systems with real-world sensors.
During three hours of hands-on experience, attendees will learn how to take measurements in minutes from common sensors including thermocouples, load cells and accelerometers, through LabVIEW-based exercises. The Measurements Roadshow guides attendees through a range of hands-on exercises, including:
- Discovering the LabVIEW graphical programming environment
- Exploring real-world sensors from NI sensor partners Honeywell and PCB Piezotronics
- Accurately acquiring multiple types of measurements including temperature, load and vibration
- How to visualise different types of measurements within the same user interface
Whether new to LabVIEW or expert programmers, engineers and scientists can take this opportunity to engage in a growing community of technical professionals and catch up on the latest advances in LabVIEW and DAQ technology.
