Mouser launches new motor control application siteMouser Electronics has launched a Motor Control Applications site that provides developers with the resources they need to learn about advances in motor control, and the latest components available from Mouser Electronics for building motor control systems.

The new Motor Control Applications site contains valuable resources for developers interested in expanding their knowledge about motor control systems. The Applications section segments motor control into five main subsections:

  • Permanent Magnet Synchronous motors
  • Brushless DC motors
  • Stepper motors
  • AC Induction motors
  • Low Voltage DC motors

These subsections describe the use and operation of each motor. Functional block diagrams are provided with explanations of each block, along with a parts list of products available for same-day shipping.

An Articles section discusses topics such as Introduction to Rotary Resolvers and Encoders and Passive Components for Advanced Motor Control. All articles have an area for posting comments and questions to facilitate further discussions on the topic.

The Featured Products section focuses on key products available from that speed and enhance the construction of motor control systems.
