This resource is offered in parallel to Spelsberg’s on-site visits performed by expert sales engineers to address specific enclosure uses and requirements.
When calling or writing to Pro-Active, people can do more than simply place orders with phone operators. Instead, each enquiry is addressed immediately by technically trained sales experts, who are able to provide design and specification advice as well as ensure that the orders will be processed and confirmed the same day for a speedy delivery. To additionally support Pro-Active users, the order remains with the Pro-Active sales team for processing and through to completion, offering a single point of contact.
