HBM’s hot-curing EP150 epoxy resin is supplied ready for use and is applied directly using a brush integrated in the screw cap. The adhesive can also be sprayed in mass production applications, for example in transducer manufacturing.
EP150 is a one-component resin unlike most other epoxy resins that require additional time to mix different components before they can be applied.
EP150 has very low viscosity and is very effective. Only a small amount is applied to form a very thin, uniform layer of adhesive that properly bonds strain gauges.
EP150 is used at temperatures ranging from â€"70 to +150degC. Two different packages are available: 2x30ml (1-EP150) and 10x20ml (1-EP150-GP).
