Stemmer Imaging is to host a 3D Machine Vision Technology Day at Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge, Surrey, UK, on 29 February 2012 as part of its European Imaging Academy Programme. The day-long event aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of 3D machine vision technology, the markets and potential applications.
Stemmer Imaging's European Imaging Academy was established in 2011 to provide high-quality independent information to people in industry looking to use machine vision. Drawing on the experience gained from delivering training courses containing strong technical content, primarily in Germany and the UK, the European Imaging Academy is now said to be able to provide industry-leading theoretical and practical training in machine vision across Europe.
The 3D Machine Vision Technology Day takes much of its content from a similar event held in Munich in 2011, where over 110 attendees found the event to be most valuable. Beginning with an overview of the development of 3D imaging, the event is delivered by 3D vision experts to guarantee interesting presentations as well as providing a valuable networking opportunity.
Topics will include:
The presentations will be supported by practical illustrations.
Attendance at the 3D Machine Vision Technology Day is limited and costs just 350 + VAT per person (bookings made before 17 January benefit from a discounted price of 275). Reserve your place now by emailing Ruth Thompson at [email protected] (please mention MachineBuilding.net).
