AAEON Boxer 6638U embedded PC from RDS
Now available from Review Display Systems is the new high-performance AAEON Boxer 6638U. Sporting the Intel Core i3-5010U, a low power, high performance processor, this embedded box uses minimal power and yet still offers many features aimed at industrial users.
Smaller than previous versions of the Boxer series it measures 197mm × 174mm × 55mm, compact but still big on features. A cable-less design ensures it is easy to maintain. It has four COM ports and is equipped with dual Gigabit Ethernet. Designed to operate on a wide voltage input range of 9V-24V DC it has an extended temperature range of -20degC to + 60degC which makes it well suited for industrial automation applications.
This embedded PC is not only full featured but is low cost and is constructed in such a way that access to the devices interior is easy. Just by removing screws at the base of the device it can be easily configured to the user's applications. No specialised methods or tools are required.
