Festo is organising an Advanced Handling & Control Conference that takes place on 16 March 2011 (contact Festo to enquire about other events). Attendees at the Advanced Handling & Control Conference will hear about the increasingly complex task of handling parts in production processes, and how flexibility can help to raise production rates and cope with growing product variants and lower product life cycles.
As part of the Advanced Handling & Control Conference there will talks from the British Association of Robotics and Automation (BARA), food robotics specialists and presentations from the Bionic Learning Network, the team that created the robotic penguins and jellyfish. The interactive conference will also provide opportunities to find out about new developments in handling and see real applications for high-speed robots.
A question-and-answer panel with handling specialists will help attendees meet their current challenges and plan for their future handling needs.
