Angle brackets incorporate anti-rotation feature
Machine Building Systems is now supplying Item's Angle Brackets V Zn. These are easy-to-use fastening elements for right-angled profile connections in Line 5 and Line 6 profiles.
Because the brackets make use of standard countersunk screws and Line 5 or Line 6 T-slot nuts (which are supplied with the brackets), there is no need to prepare the profiles. A useful feature is an anti-torsion element on the reverse of the bracket that locates the bracket in the profile groove. The stable anti-torsion element of Angle Brackets V Zn meshes into the profile groove on one side so that they can also be used for fastening any other parts to profiles.
The Line 5 variant measures 20x20x20mm with a 3mm material thickness, while the Line 6 version measures 30x30x30mm with a 6mm material thickness.
