Atlas Copco Compressors iLeaflet for tablet and PC
Atlas Copco Compressors is releasing the first in its series of iLeaflets for tablets and desktop computers which enable customers to download and access dedicated, interactive and highly detailed information about different Atlas Copco product ranges. The first iLeaflet, which features the recently launched GA 30-90kW compressor range, is the only tablet app of its type for the compressed air industry and is compatible with iPads, Android tablets and desktop computers.
Paul Clark, Industrial Air Business Line Manager, explains Atlas Copco's tool for customers: "New technology allows our technical sales representatives to show the features and benefits of the products both graphically and instantly. This is not only convenient but also lessens our environmental impact by reducing the amount of traditional printed brochures we need to use. Customers also need useful and engaging information at their fingertips. The use of handheld devices and tablets is increasing and this is just the first of a suite of interactive iLeaflets to be launched."
The GA iLeaflet has a number of features, including an overview of the entire GA 30-90kW range, which includes VSD, fixed speed plus and standard base performing models, as well as technical specifications, dimensions and flow charts. Special features include an interactive 360 degree view of a GA compressor with visual pop-out boxes showing graphics and descriptions of different aspects of the compressor. Additionally, the GA 30-90kW iLeaflet provides recommendations about air quality and how to optimise a compressed air network, as well as information about the Elektronikon monitoring system.
