Bearings, drives and conveyor products at Hillhead 2010
At the 2010 Hillhead quarrying, recycling and heavy construction exhibition R.A. Rodriguez will be focusing on drives, bearings and specific conveyor products.
Bryant Telescoper take-ups are claimed to provide several distinct advantages over conventional alternatives. They have an easy four-bolt assembly, use standard pillow block bearings and require a short conveyor bed. These products will be exhibited, together with a wide range of conveyor rollers including low-cost, high-quality tapered rollers.
Kaydon is a world-leading manufacturer of high-performance bearings and at Hillhead R.A. Rodriguez - Kaydon's sole UK agent - will be showing a range of the company's products for high-duty applications. These include worm drive rotation systems that combine the benefits of compact design, reduced component cost and outstanding reliability. Kaydon slewing rings will also feature, typical of which is the RK single-row, four-point contact ball bearing that offers high performance and reduced weight, and is therefore useful for materials handling applications.
Completing the main displays will be examples of MTK+ bearings. All MTK+ bearings from 3mm up to 1900mm bore are available from RA Rodriguez on very short delivery times; specials up to 7000mm bore may also be specified.
