Rotalink is launching a new presentation folder to support its specialist design and supply services to OEMs. The folder summarises the company's design philosophy embracing a well-informed awareness of the substantial opportunities offered by today's materials and technologies, in combination with an extensive range of core catalogue products that can be imaginatively repackaged into motion and position control sub-assemblies. Together, these factors help reduce volume purchase and prototype development costs, improve quality and minimise time-to-market.
Rotalink's design and supply services for OEMs is well established and led by experienced, multi-disciplined engineers backed by excellent 3D modelling software and in-house prototyping facilities. An Express 3D CAD file service is also available to help customers visualise new designs and quickly integrate application-specific assemblies into their own CAD systems, using digital prototyping techniques - helping to reduce time-to-market further by resolving design issues before prototype manufacture.
Rotalink's extensive core product range includes AC and DC miniature motors, encoders, gearboxes and ancillary power transmission components, as well as motion control products such as the Red Drive. A powerful motor driver with onboard encoder feedback handling and innovative drag-and-drop flow chart programming for motion control of DC motors up to 200W, the Red Drive is available as a PCB or as a chip option for integration directly into the customer's application.
The new presentation folder forms part of Rotalink's design and supply services to OEMs. It is also available as a PDF download from www.rotalink.co.uk/products_cdinfo.cfm.
