CatmanAP 3.0 measurement software gains improved user interface

Complex menus have been replaced by function keys that are sorted by topic. Icons are of different sizes, depending on their relative importance. The icons are combined with text and tooltips to help users select the correct analysis tool. CatmanAP 3.0 is compatible with Windows Vista.
