chainflex CF.INI sensor and actuator cables

igus has released a new video about its chainflex CF.INI sensor and actuator cables designed for dynamic machine and plant operation applications.

Cabling for sensors, valves and actuators in automated industrial machinery must often endure challenging and harsh environments. Rugged chainflex cables excel in these conditions and have been designed for heavy duty applications with continuous movement and high cycle rates. They can operate in tight installation spaces, with bending radius from 4xd. They are highly shock, vibration and abrasion-resistant, as well as being resistant to oil, and depending on the cable selected, also to moisture and microbes. For assurance, the cables carry various certifications and approvals, including UL, CE, CSA and DESINA marks.

With delivery from 24 hours, the cables are available directly from igus, cut to size in quantities from one piece, and ready harnessed with various cable termination options, including industry-standard M8 and M12 connectors. Like all chainflex cables, they have been tested extensively, over many millions of cycles, in extreme real-world conditions in the state-of-the-art igus test lab. Based on this, igus provides guaranteed safety against failure, with 36 months' warranty, reliable service life calculations and options for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
