Enclosure lifting accessories in smaller pack sizes
Eldon has responded to customer feedback by creating two new packs for two of the smallest accessories, the LE Lifting Eye Bolts and LC Lifting Device.
The two new packages comprise the LE9304 pack with four lifting eyes and the LC02 with two lifting devices per pack, which replace the earlier LE9301 pack with two lifting eyes and the LC12 with four lifting devices.
Per Ulrik Eriksson, the Eldon Product Manager, says the pack quantity was modified in order to adapt to customers' needs when buying enclosures: "Previously, customers ordered two LE9301 packs and threw away two of the brackets in the LC12 package, so we came up with the idea to offer the new packs that ensure the right number of accessories are available for each project."
The new offering reflects Eldon's core focus on paying attention to even the smallest details, and underscores how closely the company listens to customer feedback.
