Firstsight Vision takes on new lens specialist
Industrial lens specialist, Nigel Paine, has joined Firstsight Vision from Pentax UK. Nigel has a high profile in the UK CCTV, industrial lens and machine vision markets and has established an enviable reputation for providing excellent support to UK customers.
Nigel's achievements include achieving record levels of sales and profit while at Pentax. His new role at Firstsight Vision will enable him to extend his ability to advise both existing and new customers offering Pentax lenses, together with other brands from Firstsight's comprehensive stock of over EUR3million.
Firstsight Vision Director, Mark Williamson, says: "We are delighted that Nigel has joined us. In addition to taking responsibility for all CCTV and inspection systems lens sales in the UK at Pentax, he has previously had considerable experience of selling Fujinon lenses into the UK. He is extremely well known in the industry, with over 21 years' experience in automation and industrial equipment sales".
