Flanged mini indexing plungers from Elesa
Assembly of indexing plungers onto thin sheet material is a problem addressed with Elesa's new GN822.8 flanged mini units which are well suited to use on jigs, tools and other industrial equipment for quick accurate positioning to pre-established indexes.
Mounting on thin sheet is facilitated by the zinc die flange provided with two holes for assembly by use of countersunk head screws. The GN822.8 features a zinc die body and AISI 303 stainless steel pin/plunger with polyamide operating knob - it is available with pin-out at rest and pin-in at rest.
