Parker Hannifin is launching the Global Air Preparation System for specification, supply and use anywhere in the world. Developed to improve performance and productivity in a broad range of pneumatics applications across the globe, the Global Air Preparation System provides high flow performance from a compact and easy-to-maintain unit.
Designed to enable OEMs and end users to make considerable reductions in the time and cost required for installation and maintenance of pneumatic systems, the new air preparation systems can be assembled in minutes, providing lightweight and ready-to-mount assemblies for use in applications where space is at a premium. The units are assembled using Parker's patented modular T-bracket/joiner assembly, which simplifies installation and mounting.
The Global filters feature 5um standard filtration and 1um or 0.01um ultra-fine filtration with the coalescing filters for critical applications requiring oil-free air. Regulator options include a common inlet pressure version for applications with multiple feeds at different outlet pressures.
With a robust and lightweight aluminium construction, the Global FRL range of air preparation systems comes in a full range of sizes, with 1/4inch to 3/4inch ports. In addition, a full range of accessories is available for the Global FRL, including soft-start valves, dump valves, proportional regulators, shut-off valves, manifold blocks, and mounting kits and gauges.
The global nature of this air preparation system means that Parker can provide a complete supply chain and a single source for this technology. Additionally, the Global Air Preparation System series is backed by the company's global network of manufacturing, sales and customer support centres.
