HBM is now offering standardised software maintenance for all of its software packages including the different catman versions (catmanEasy and catmanAP), Perception and nCode GlyphXE analysis software.
These new software maintenance contracts provide direct access to HBM's premium support facilities, offering rapid and accurate answers to all common questions about the different software packages.
Users benefit from rapid upgrades with new functionality or to the latest operating systems such as Windows 7, together with swift access to the latest bug fixes. Users get a priority update version of their software immediately if, for example, any software error is rectified. This can easily happen before the next version of the software is available for general release.
The software maintenance contract is charged at an annual fee inclusive of all features. Discounts are available to customers that purchase a maintenance contract before 30 September 2010. As a bonus, software maintenance for the first year is included with the purchase of any HBM software package.
