Item locks gain escutcheons and grips
Item's locking systems for Lines 5, 6 and 8 are now available in the UK through Machine Building Systems with the option of escutcheon plates and grips.
The version with the escutcheon benefits from anti-rotation features and a cover for the locking mechanism; the grip version eliminates the need for a separate handle to be installed on the door.
Suitable for installation on frameless panels of 1-8mm thickness, the locks catch on a nab installed in the frame profile. Left- and right-handed variants of the locks are offered. Customers can also choose from conventional (identical) keyed locks and locks that accept double-beard keys.
