Easy searches are enabled through the use of search engines designed to function with the same logic that people are used to on Google and Yahoo, making it much easier for users to find exactly what they want. A singular field, and complex configuration logic, understands if a submitted query is an ITT Interconnect Solutions marketing part number, manufacturing part number, Mil/Spec part number or competitor part number.
Complex configuration logic already actively configures roughly 90 per cent of ITT Interconnect Solutions' quoted product portfolio. Competitor part numbers can also be actively configured, growing the cross-referencing list from thousands to hundreds of thousands of part numbers.
