LG Motion highlights linear bearing cutting service
LG Motion used the 2007 Machine Building show to highlight its 48-hour cutting serice and stock delivery for Schneeberger linear bearings. This service covers Schneeberger's profiled ball monorail linear guides in sizes 15, 20, 25 and 30, all of which are available with a range of carriage types and accessories.
LG Motion has an in-depth knowledge and experience of Schneeberger linear bearings, having been building its precision rails and slides into custom-engineered positioning systems for some time. A recent agreement will allow LG Motion to help OEMs, specialist machine builders and integrators to design-in and implement the complete range of monorail profiled linear guideways with recirculating cross-roller bearings for applications requiring large load-carrying capacity, high stiffness and an ability to withstand shock loading. Ball bearing-based recirculating linear guides are also available as well as non-recirculating crossed-roller bearings, complete slide assemblies and positioning tables.
