MachineStruxure helps to optimise machine performance

Schneider Electric is launching MachineStruxure, which the company describes as an innovative new automation platform that significantly reduces time-to-market and improves overall machine performance. According to Schneider Electric, MachineStruxure will help machine builders to supply systems that are more efficient, productive and reliable - and all of this can be achieved with reduced costs.

MachineStruxure helps to optimise machine performance

In recent years, machines have become notably more intelligent. This, in turn, has increased the complexity as well as the time it takes to integrate the automation elements. Using the integrated SoMachine software, the entire automation project can be stored and managed in one place, thereby simplifying the development and saving up to 50 per cent of engineers' time.

Automation systems can be built quickly using ready-tested and proven architectures, which also helps to reduce machine development time. Furthermore, Schneider Electric offers advice and support throughout the full machine lifecycle, ensuring machine builders are best placed to stand out from the competition by delivering effective automation more quickly and, crucially, at reduced costs.
