New benchtop temperature and humidity chambers

The temperature range is -60 to +150 degrees C, with temperature cycling change of approximately three degrees per minute.

These high quality chambers are constructed inside and out with high-grade stainless steel and have inside dimensions of 300 x 300 x 250mm or 400 x 400 x 400mm. Where there is limited space, the chambers can be stacked three deep on a special stand with castors.

Incorporated is a cartridge tank for water that enables continuous operation for up to three days. Control takes place via an easy-to-see and operate panel situated on the top front of the chamber. The users imply has to operate nine keys, with settings showing in LCDs - such as temperature and humidity, timing and upper/lower temperature, and humidity alarms.

Communications and optional extras

An RS485 communication port is included as standard, which not only serves as a system for centralised control of the chambers, but establishes an open network that includes specimen measurement and remote chamber maintenance functions.

Optional extras include GPIB (General Purpose Interface Board) and RS-232C computer interfaces, strip chart recorder, paperless recorder with LCD display, viewing window, extra shelves, cable ports and alternative voltages.

This range complements Unitemp's existing range of test chambers and the company has the expertise to provide 'specials' to customers' requirements.
