New M8, M12 and M18 high-temperature inductive sensors

Baumer's IFRH high-temperature inductive sensors have been designed for operating temperatures ranging from -25 to +180degC.

These two-part proximity switches intended for flush mounting are available in M8, M12 and M18 designs with chromium nickel steel housings. With an overall length of a mere 30mm, the M8 sensor is suitable for installation where space is limited. Depending on the housing size, the nominal switching distance ranges from 1.5mm up to 5mm.

An FEP-jacketed cable allows the processing electronics to be separated from the actual sensor head and thus be easily installed away from the hot zone. The operating voltage range is 10-30V DC, while the protection class is IP67.

In addition, Baumer also offers CFAH 30 high-temperature capacitive sensors for detecting non-metallic components in hot environments.
