The reinforced high-integrity carriage construction is designed for high-speed running, where bidirectional forces are minimised and impact stresses absorbed in order to keep up with the ever-increasing demands of the automation industry.

Manufactured from stainless steel, the design incorporates a 45-degree contact angle, meaning an equal load carrying capacity in all directions. Large recirculating balls designed into a very small space enhance stiffness and torsional resistance, thereby catering for high loads and moment loading. Available with a choice of carriage and rail sealing systems, reinforcement plate options and lubrication systems, Reliance's linear guides are among the most advanced on the market today. For high-speed applications, the RMR miniature design includes an embedded plastic inverse hook that secures the carriage components to absorb the forces generated during high accelerations.
