New size of modular directional hydraulic valve
Rexroth is introducing a new size to its range of modular directional valves that is rated at up to 25 litres/min and for working pressures of up to 310bar. The valves are very compact and rugged, enabling them to cope with the harsh working environments inherent to mobile machines.
The new size complements Rexroth's comprehensive range of modular directional valves, which now covers workflows of up to 50 litres/min. Although based on NG4/NG6 technology, the valves avoid sub-plates and can be easily tailored to specific workflow requirements - especially when compared to standard CETOP (Comit© Europ©en des Transmissions Ol©ohydrauliques et Pneumatiques) products.
The modularity of the system enables the number of sections to be expanded easily in the event that more functions are required of the machine. The individual sections come in different size options with one common interface. This ensures cost-effectiveness, since engineers can choose the appropriate size per section, according to the required flow.
Furthermore, the modular valve design provides for sections with integrated load sensing as well as other integrated functions such as check valves, relief valves, counterbalance valves, flow regulators, emergency hand levers and emergency hand pumps. With this modular approach, Rexroth enables its customers to build bespoke and compact products and still benefit from the cost and quality advantages of standard components.
A variety of portings and coil connections are available. In addition, this line of sectional valves can be connected to Rexroth power modules and integrated control blocks with cartridges and other valves to create hybrid systems.
