PACEline CFW piezoelectric force washers rated at 100/190kN
HBM is launching two new PACEline CFW piezoelectric force washers with nominal (rated) loads of 100kN and 190kN. These latest sensors have internal diameters of 13mm (100kN) and 21mm (190kN), which makes them suitable for mounting on bolts and screws with corresponding diameters. The force washers feature very low displacement for high rigidity and have a very high resonance frequency so that they are good for highly dynamic measurement tasks.
When selecting the nominal (rated) force, only the necessary overload capacity and the fitting geometry need to be considered, as the piezoelectric force washers produce approximately the same output signal for any given force.
HBM's PACEline CFW piezoelectric force washers have proven themselves in numerous applications. The washers are delivered with centring rings and plug protection. They feature excellent linearity resulting from the symmetrical design.
All force washers are tested before delivery and are delivered with a test certificate.
