Pneumatics training course empowers managers and team leaders

Festo Didactic's Embedded Coach course is specifically designed to help companies maximise their return-on-investment in personnel training. Research has shown that, without proper guidance, few people retain more than 20 per cent of the knowledge they gain on training courses for more than 3-4 weeks. It is for precisely this reason that Festo decided to introduce the Embedded Coach course, which encourages continuous development through reflective learning.

Festo Didactic's Embedded Coach course is offered as a two-day open workshop but can also be adapted to suit individual companies' needs and align with existing training programmes.
