AX Series UR10e

Robotiq AX Series Palletiser

The AX Series UR10e is ideal for handling a wide variety of box sizes and pallet heights. It has a fully integrated vertical 7th axis for greater heights and teach pendant support.

Maximum payload with EOAT: Up to 12.5kg

Maximum box throughput: Up to 13 cycles/min *

PE Series UR10e

Universal Robots, Palletiser

The PE Series UR10e is ideal for less frequent changes in box size and pallet height. It has a manually adjustable pedestal useful for lower pallet heights applications, a teach pendant stand and an operator box.

PE Series UR20

The PE Series UR20 is ideal for heavier loads and low to moderate pallet heights. The PE20 Robotiq Palletizing Solution handles all standard pallet dimensions. Plus, it reaches stack heights of up to 2.1 m (80 in), allowing you total flexibility in meeting various requirements, worldwide.

How does the palletising system work?

  • An empty pallet is placed on the palletising machine
  • Boxes are moved into the palletising cell
  • Retro reflective sensors detect the boxes and the Universal Robot arm then picks them up and begins to stack them on the pallet
  • Once a pallet is full, the robot waits for the pallet to be removed, before it begins the process again.
