Schunk JGP and JGZ grippers in new smaller sizes
Schunk is adding new sizes to its compact JGP type two-finger-parallel and JGZ type three-finger-centric ranges of grippers. The new sizes 200, 240 and 300 are equipped with a pneumatic oval or round piston drive, which gives the compact grippers a high power density.
The integrated T-slot jaw guidance ensures precise and fail-safe handling, making the grippers suitable for many tasks in industrial automation - and at an attractive price. Due to the compact design, the JGP and JGZ grippers can also be used where space is restricted.
Standard inductive proximity switches or magnetic T-slot switches from Schunk ensure that the grippers can be controlled easily and reliably. Moreover, they can also be equipped with accessories from the premium PGN-plus and PZN-plus product ranges. These include force-measuring jaws, analogue and magnetic position sensors, and jaw blanks.
