Semtech MIL-PRF-19500/406M-qualified 1.5W Zener diodes
Astute Electronics is now offering new DLA and QPL-qualified Zener diodes from Semtech. The new 1N4460 and 1N4461 devices feature breakdown voltages from 6.2V to 200V and are qualified and designed to meet the high reliability requirements of some of the most demanding applications, including satellites, industrial machinery, automobiles and medical equipment.
The newly-qualified 1.5W Zener diode voltage regulators are available in all QPL levels from 1N through JAN, JANTX, JANTXV to JANS (space level), and along with the rest of the /406 product family, are hermetically glass-sealed, passivated devices that are available with axial leads or square end tabs for surface mounting.
