Series 45 range of pushbuttons, indicators, and switches
EAO Ltd is introducing its totally new 22.5mm and 30.5mm mounted Series 45 product line, ensuring safety and reliability for all the different switching functions within machinery and industrial automation applications. The Series 45 is suitable for use in main operator panels, control stations and handheld control units.
Controls for machinery must be able to support start, stop, reset, selection, control and signal functions, as well as emergency stop. EAO already meets these market demands with a mix of its current Series 14, 61, 71, 82 and 84 and with the addition of Series 45 the EAO ranges provide all of your HMI component needs from a single source. The Series 45 includes a large range of switch types to cover most machine operating functions and is available in metal, plastic or metal/plastic construction. It sets new standards in terms of ergonomic design, functionality, reliability and safety.

The Series 45 is designed for robust use, even in harsh environments. Environmentally sealed to the IP69K pressure hose wash-down standard, it is protected against dust and liquid ingress, even in the most adverse conditions. It is also resistant to aggressive cleaning agents, oils, lyes and other chemical substances. Installation is quick and simple with only one screw to secure the switch to the panel and with its modular construction comprising; a switch actuator, mounting collar, contact block and LED block it can easily be configured to meet each applications' requirement and to perform virtually every HMI function.
