Telsonic's new MAG ultrasonic generator family incorporates the company's extensive application experience. Remote control for amplitude and power input, together with the capability to adjust starting conditions for critical sonotrodes, set new standards in ultrasonic welding.
These new MAG generators are equally suited to simple or complex welding tasks in automated production systems. Available either as standard models, or with additional functions, MAG generators are suitable for applications involving materials with different properties. These processes can now be optimised and managed throughout the production period. Telsonic's new generator technology promises process stability, ensuring that even the most stringent levels of quality can be met cost effectively.
The MAG generator range offers many benefits, including ultra-fast response to changing resonance and load conditions, straightforward control via programmable logic controller (PLC) and a very compact installation footprint - "module to modul". In addition, installation is simple as no soldering or crimping is required for the mains voltage and signal connection wiring. Telsonics new MAG ultrasonic generators are available with frequencies of 20kHz, 30kHz and 35kHz, with peak output power ranging from 1.2kW to 3.6kW.
