Temperature chamber benefits from low running costs
Unitemp is now offering a low-cost, high-quality temperature chamber for testing and monitoring semiconductors, automotive products and selected pharmaceuticals. Designated the LC500, it is described as eco-friendly, with a low current consumption of 13A. This innovative chamber has the fast cycling capabilities that are needed to validate quality and reliability for the products under test. The temperature range is -20 to 80degC with an accuracy of +/-1deg and heat dissipation of 350W continuous.
Constructed inside and out from high-quality stainless steel grade 430, the cabinet has internal measurements of 1350 x 535 x 650mm and external measurements of 2050 x 705 x 793mm. The LC 500 is mounted on castors for mobility.
Incorporated above the door at eye level is an easily operated control panel. It has a high-definition four-line LCD for programming and display of operational data.
Optional extras include a high/low alarm output, chart recorder and programmer system.
This new chamber complements Unitemp's extensive range of test chambers, plus the company has the expertise to customise chambers to order.
Unitemp says the LC500 has applications in the electronics, engineering, laboratory, process and manufacturing industries.
