Turkish appointment for R.A. Rodriguez
During 2010 and 2011, Turkey has emerged as an important growth market for precision engineering component supplier, R.A. Rodriguez. The country has proved fruitful for its entire product range - KAYDON thin section bearings, KHK gears, drives and other engineering components.
To support this growth, R.A. Rodriguez is now appointing a dedicated agent for the Turkish market, DMC Savunma, based in Ankara. The two companies will be working closely to develop new business and this move formalises the relationship.
Orders from Turkey continue to make a significant contribution to the R.A. Rodriguez export quota that maintains its upward trend. In its end-of-year report for 2011, the company confirmed that export sales accounted for 25 per cent of turnover, a figure that is certain to be exceeded this year.
