Y-distributor separates CAT5 and power
A Y-coded interface can transmit both data and power and also reduces the number of cables in the system. The new Y-coded Y-distributor from Phoenix Contact enables the easy integration of devices with hybrid M12 interfaces.
It has a Y-coded interface on one side and an A and D-coded interface on the other side. CAT5 requirements are therefore satisfied. This means that new sensors can also be integrated into existing cabling. A and D-coded standard cables that are already in use can be retained. The Speedcon fast locking system reduces assembly time.
