1500 Watts of programmable digital control

The Cotek AD-1500 series from Relec Electronics are fully digital AC-DC converters that set the bar for flexibility and programmability. These units come equipped with configurable modules and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Whether you’re operating in Constant Voltage (CV) or Constant Current (CC) modes, control is at your fingertips via RS485, Ethernet, I2C, or PmBUS interfaces. What’s more, each unit features a built-in EEPROM that retains your settings, even after a power outage.

The AD-1500 series is available with a universal ac input range of 90 to 264V AC, and standard outputs of 12V, 15V, 24V, 30V, 36V, 48V, and 57V DC. All units have a 5V/1A auxiliary output as standard, which is always on even if the converter is inhibited. All units offer true programmability from 0 – 105% of output voltage and current, making them extremely flexible for low voltage, high current applications such as cathodic protection.

The AD-1500 series boasts comprehensive protection against over-current and over-voltage events. All units automatically adjust protection levels based on your voltage and current settings. Additionally, the units are safeguarded against overheating, with auto-recovery enabled once temperatures normalise.
