2U Ultrasonic sensor for industry

elobau has recently expanded its level measurement range of products with its new 2U ultrasonic sensor, designed for use in industry applications.

“With the diffuse reflection operating mode, the use of ultrasonic technology ensures reliable and precise measurement of various media irrespective of transparency, gloss, surface texture or material colour,” says the company.

Extremely flexible

The 2U level sensor has up to 4 freely programmable switching points and a rotatable head, making it extremely flexible in use with additional options for mounting in difficult installations.

“It is also available with a choice of mounting threads, ensuring it will be ideal for numerous industry applications,” adds elobau. The sensing range is programmable with the teach-in button and the clear display is designed for ease of use.

It has a working temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a monitoring range of up to 1m.
