A rugged, IP69K waterproof & dustproof panel PC
RDS is announcing the availability of the TechNexion TWP-1010-iMX6 10.1-inch, capacitive touch panel PC. Specially designed with robust features for operation within harsh production environments such as food manufacturing, this panel PC runs on Linux, has NXP iMX6 processors with single/dual/quad core options based on the ARM Cortex-A9 architecture.
It comes in a stainless-steel case which is IP69K certified and has built-in eMMC storage so not only is it water and dustproof, it is impervious to shock and vibration.
The TWP-1010-iMX6 has a range of flexible off-the-shelf power input options such as 12V, 24V or a wide power input option of 8-36V or a power-over-Ethernet function. The TWP-1010-iMX6 supports up to 2GB DDR3 RAM and 4GB eMMC and up to 1080p video encode and decode.
This 10.1-inch projective capacitive multitouch screen has 1280 × 800 resolution, 350 cd/m2 luminance and 16.7 million colours. The TWP-1010-iMX6 is an easy to maintain panel PC for those harsh production environments.
