Acorn is sole UK distributor for Goodyear power transmission
Acorn Industrial Services has become the sole UK distributor for Goodyear Engineered power transmission products. This makes the company, which has branches throughout the UK, one of the country's biggest suppliers of belts, and it can supply the vast majority from stock.
The products are used in a wide range of industries with power transmission requirements, including general and special-purpose machine building, food and beverage, oil and gas, paper, metalworking, mining and agriculture.
Acorn Industrial's Power Transmission Manager Gordon Smith says the company holds a comprehensive range of belts and pulleys in stock to ensure that orders can be despatched the same day: "We are confident we offer the highest quality of product, service and support in the UK in this market.
"We have worked as a partner with Goodyear for a number of years and are delighted to have the strength of our brand recognised by being selected the UK Master Distributor for power transmission products.
