All-in-one electrical test tool with accurate fault localisation

The tool features a simple web user interface that is accessible through any mobile device, or the included rugged smartphone. Measurement parameters include:

• Voltage: 0 to 260V AC/400V DC, 50Hz to 3kHz - 5 per cent precision
• Current: 0 to 30A (AC/DC) - 5 per cent precision
• Resistance - Low Current: 10© to 200k© - 1 per cent precision; 200k© to 2M© - 5 per cent precision
• Resistance - High current: 1A load, 20m© to 10© - 1 per cent precision
• Phase order: 115V AC/230V AC, 50Hz to 3kHz Insulation test, 0.5M© to 200M©,

• Thermal imaging: -20 to 120degC, FLIR technology with MSX function (real and thermal picture superposition)

The Wire Fault Localisation feature using Nicomatic's SmartCo enables the detection and localisation of faults such as open- and short-circuits and the measurement of impedance variations with an accuracy of 0.1 per cent across a cable length of 1m to 100m.
