Analogue level sensor with programmable switching points

The level sensor has a 360 degree rotating head and is suitable for all types of application due to the standard V4A tube. The non-rotating-head version of the level sensor, is an alternative for chlorine-containing medias as it is available in various plastics such as PVDF.

Benefits of the analogue level sensor:

Both versions of the mounting head (rotating / non-rotating) are available in three versions. In the basic configuration the sealed head is not configurable by the end user. The mid-level version has a programming button for setting parameters like max/min points. The high-end version is fully configurable using the programming button and integrated LCD display. The 360 degree rotating version allows for flexible mounting even in cramped conditions. The position of the cable outlet is adjustable by rotating the head.

The analogue level sensor is capable of simultaneous measurement of liquid level and fluid temperature in the hydraulic oil. This new generation of the fuel level sensor is well suited for use in a wide range of industrial and off-highway vehicle applications. It gives highly precise indications and warning signals through the different switching points.

The integrated temperature control prevents overheating or possible frost damage and damage to the pump components. In addition, a variety of materials, output signals and connection options guarantee flexibility. Available with protection classes up to IP69K make this level sensor suitable for demanding applications.
