Analogue meets flexibility in the AM 821 module from SIGMATEK

The AM 821 analogue mixing module from the SIGMATEK S-DIAS series combines eight analogue differential inputs with 16-bit resolution and two analogue outputs, each in the range of 0-10 volts.

Analogue meets flexibility in the AM 821 module from SIGMATEK

It enables the precise and high-speed acquisition of analogue sensor signals with a sampling rate of better than 500 us for all channels.

A key feature is its high flexibility: Each input and output can be individually switched between current and voltage signals, supporting 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, and 0-10 V.

Thanks to its high resolution and freely configurable signal types, the compact DIN rail module is ideal for applications with mixed sensor requirements - such as in measurement technology, laboratory and analytical equipment, and test and evaluation systems.

In addition, the analogue mixing module features integrated short-circuit detection. Software-configurable input filters help suppress signal noise. Status LEDs located directly on the module enable channel-specific diagnostics and simplify commissioning and maintenance. For easy cabinet integration, a corresponding EPLAN macro is available for the AM 821.
